One nightly application per week is for sensitive, hyper-sensitive skins that need to start easy and build up to two-nights a week.
Select two-nights for Retinol Level 1 use. Example, Monday night and Friday night. It is important to have at least 48 hours in between nightly applications.
Alternative nightly applications for treating scars or deep lines, wrinkles. May apply three-nights a week with at least 24 hours a part to enhance and stimulate collagen production. Please note if the skin becomes sensitive or peeling occurs it is best to use Retinol Level 1 twice a week with at least 48 hours a part.
Once applied, use an eriched moisturizer(s). Recommendations:
